Always check that the address is https://tradeveling.com and that your browser shows a valid HTTPS connection. Do not enter confidential credentials on lookalike domains. Website security configuration is administered through the hosting environment.
Safe product installation
Install EA files and indicator tools only from sources you have verified. Review platform permissions, configuration, broker compatibility, and license terms before running software with access to a trading account. Never share broker passwords by email or WhatsApp.
Security incidents
If you suspect phishing, impersonation, unauthorized use of Tradeveling materials, or a website vulnerability, report it to request@tradeveling.com with relevant details but without passwords or secret keys. We will review reports and take appropriate action where feasible.
Service limitations
Our current public website is an informational frontend and its inquiry form does not submit directly to a Tradeveling server. Security controls vary with the hosting provider and any services introduced later. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute protection against every cyber threat.
