How to submit a request
Email request@tradeveling.com with the subject “Privacy / Data Deletion Request”. Explain whether you seek access, correction, or deletion, and provide a contact address and enough context to identify the relevant communication. Do not send passwords or government ID documents unless specifically required through a secure verification method.
What happens next
We will review the request and may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Applicable data will be handled in accordance with legal requirements. Some records may be retained for security, dispute resolution, or regulatory duties; we will explain when relevant.
Accounts in future apps
The current website does not provide account registration. If a future Google Play app lets users create accounts, an in-app account deletion route and this public web route must both be made available before release, and the policy must be updated to describe the actual process.
